Warehouse and Order Picking Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION

AAA Canada is looking for a Warehouse and Order Picking Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Receipt and dispatch of parts to computer system
• Deposit, packing and unpacking of parts in warehouse
• Inventory count
• Distribution of production parts to appropriate departments
• Operate forklift, pallet truck, logistics train and other equipment used to move materials
• Use of computer system
• Be familiar with site processes (organization, logistics, etc.), applicable documents and procedures related to his/her work, and know where to find them.
• Report any anomalies observed
• Report to line management and complete follow-up tables as required
• Follow a picking list and part #s
• Respond to various requests from line management

Skills and qualifications

• Minimum Secondary 5 diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Demonstrate dexterity.
• Sharp mind and attention to detail.
• Proactive team player.
• Knowledge of Pack Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Possess a forklift operator's card
• French mandatory

Required experience

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
