In 2016, AAA Canada opened an internal training center for its employees after a formal agreement with a preferred customer. The center aims to certify and standardize its assemblers' knowledge of structural, mechanical and electrical assembly.
The unique and innovative training program allows AAA Canada to maintain best practices regarding the skills management of its assemblers, ensuring that new employees have the required level of knowledge therefore standardizing competencies of all employees.
