JOB DESCRIPTION

The Aircraft Coordinator is responsible for the client day-to-day follow-up and updates each day the planning for the RNC, PCR and WO.

He is responsible for submitting the OTD and OQD KPI to the client and will work closely with the Quality Coordinator if any corrective action plan is necessary.

 

Responsibilities

  • Organize project progress meetings and goal monitoring;
  • Manage the weekly meetings with the different partners and client, to plan and prioritize the work;
  • Make the readiness of the next aircraft before starting production activities
  • Analyze and track the progress of the Folio in its entirety; Prioritize activity based on mile stones and blocking points of clients;
  • Validate the work planning with the production, quality and method AAA and the customer;
  • Coordinate and guarantee the planning process;
  • Ensure that the files are available and complete (pre-filled worksheets, available drawings, parts and available hardware, kitting tools, range or operating procedures available, access by plane);
  • Identify points and work that can not be done at the station;
  • Optimize the deadlines for production and the use of the means of production;
  • Ensure the smooth running of the project to meet the technical objectives, respecting the qualitative and financial objectives;
  • Validate accessibility to do the work;
  • Ensure the follow-up of the derogations and prioritize according to the schedule;
  • Manage access on aircraft;
  • Be the guarantor of the transfer of information from one position to another;
  • Ensure safety conditions for airplane operations;
  • Perform all other related duties necessary to fulfill the duties of the position.
  • Be the link between the client and the various trades.
  • Ensure the presentation of the regular progress report of the service to the client from indicator.
  • Conduct a review and feedback to ensure that the qualitative and quantitative indicators are satisfactory.
  • Maintain OTD KPIs respect file closure milestones and OQD file performs without nonconformity or without return qualities.
  • Establish, maintain and present the various indicators.

 

Skills and qualifications

  • You have a technical Diploma of College Studies in Aerostructure or any equivalence.
  • You have knowledge in aerostructure, general mechanics and manufacturing processes.
  • You are autonomous, curious, organised, you have good adaptation skills and relational qualities, analysis and synthesis abilities.

 

Required experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
