JOB DESCRIPTION

Houda BENARAB is looking for an Agent Logistic Material to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders, follow up with suppliers and ensure parts are received on time and on schedule.
• Administer portfolio activities related to invoices and order pricing issues.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction, while optimizing quality, time cycle and costs for the organization.
• Monitor and validate the delivery of parts to production in close collaboration with internal partner functions (Logistics - Line Function).
• Maintain operational and financial key performance indicators
• Interact with various multidisciplinary teams (Logistics - Line, Programs, Finance, Production and Quality)
• Apply and monitor contractual conditions with suppliers
• Negotiate and implement change management requests and secure associated purchase order requirements

Skills and qualifications

• You must have a keen interest in planning, work coordination, continuous improvement and value-added production,
• You are proficient in the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• You have three (3) to five (5) years' experience in logistics,
• Bilingualism (French - English) in oral and written communication is an important asset for communication in the multilingual environment of the customer site and technical documentation,

Required experience

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
