Job Opportunity: Methods Agent - Avionics Functional Test Control

Responsibilities

- Participate actively in troubleshooting issues related to mechanical systems;
- Write functional test procedures for various mechanical systems and identify the tooling required to execute them;
- Review and validate engineering requirements for mechanical systems;
- Plan and implement changes in production;
- Support and optimize daily production operations;
- Examine technical issues and find solutions for the aircraft, from pre-flight through to delivery to the customer;
- Respond to technical questions from the Methods, Quality, and Production departments.

Candidate Profile

- You hold a college diploma in aircraft maintenance or equivalent experience;
- You have 5 years of experience in the aviation industry;
- You have knowledge of an aircraft's mechanical systems;
- You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and initiative;
- You have sound technical judgment and can work with minimal supervision;
- You have strong organizational and communication skills with a strong customer focus;
- You are bilingual (French and English).
