Aircraft Mechanic

JOB DESCRIPTION

AAA Canada are seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and modifications on aircraft engines, airframes, components, and systems. The role involves troubleshooting, functional testing, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and troubleshoot aircraft systems, engines, and components
• Perform modifications and structural repairs as required
• Conduct functional and operational tests to ensure airworthiness
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow company/regulatory standards

Skills and qualifications

• Certificate/diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent trade experience
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, materials, and maintenance practices
• Experience with Dash 8 and Challenger aircraft preferred
• Ability to work independently and in team environments under supervision
