Painter - Repair

We are seeking highly skilled Paint Repair Technicians to repair and refinish painted metal and composite panels for high-end luxury vehicles. This role requires exceptional craftsmanship, precision, and experience in high-end automotive painting environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair, refinish, and restore painted metal and composite panels to premium quality standards
• Perform surface preparation including sanding, masking, priming, and repainting
• Match colors and finishes to manufacturer and luxury-grade specifications
• Ensure repaired panels meet high-end cosmetic and quality expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe paint repair work area
• Follow all quality, safety, and environmental procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in high-end automotive or aerospace painting
• Strong skills in repairing painted metal and composite panels
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently in a quality-driven environment
• Polishing and detailing skills are a strong asset
