Key Responsibilities
• Track parts, component kits, etc. to ensure all manufactured parts are delivered within required timelines.
• Determine the impact of delivery delays and identify appropriate action plans.
• Participate in problem-solving activities.
• Perform data entry related to project information and parts delivery.
• Track parts and generate manual orders.
• Monitor the flow of multiple projects to meet schedules and requirements.
• Report and identify critical issues that could impact the plan.
• Liaise with downstream production cells, suppliers, and support services to monitor activity status.
• Alignment meetings with module lead hands.
• Perform system clean-up operations (closing work orders, tracking inactive parts, etc.).
• Participate in various meetings (DMS, production follow-up, improvement clinics, etc.).
• Process non-conformances (NCR, RTV, and OSP).
• Late Lab orders.
• KPI monitoring and action plan follow-up.
Profile Sought
College diploma (DEC) in a related field or 2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehousing;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook software;
• Comfortable in both English and French.
