310T Truck and Coach Technician

We are seeking a 310T Licensed Field Service Technician to support bus deliveries and provide in‑field service to our customers. This role is ideal for a motivated technician who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and direct customer interaction. You will play a key role in vehicle acceptance, warranty support, retrofits, and technical training while serving as a trusted liaison for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide acceptance and in-field service support for bus deliveries
• Assist customers with warranty-related issues and service needs
• Perform retrofit work and support suppliers during troubleshooting
• Assist experienced technicians with diagnosing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining buses
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve mechanical issues
• Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities
• Communicate assignment status daily to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain tracking documents and ensure all repairs are documented and closed in Service Cloud
• Learn and effectively use all required software systems to complete daily work
• Participate in ongoing training programs to expand technical knowledge and skills

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Heavy-Duty Mechanics or related field
• Valid 310T License (required)
• Strong interest in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance and field service work
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions
• Working knowledge of tools and equipment used in vehicle maintenance
• Good physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks
• Prior experience in the automotive or transportation industry
